Loctarim is small. Mail goes to a real person, and you will get a real answer rather than a ticket number.
Contact your local emergency services first. We cannot help quickly enough, and nothing about a rental is worth waiting on an inbox for.
Message the other person from the rental itself — the thread is on the rental page, and it keeps the conversation with the dates, the price and the history rather than in somebody's inbox. Go to your rentals. To report a listing or a person, use the report link on their page: it reaches the same place and carries the context with it.
A bug, a page that will not load, or anything that looks wrong — report a problem. It reaches us directly and tells us which page you were on.
