From what we have seen so far: 1. Photos of the thing you own, not the manufacturer's. Three is plenty: the whole item, the bit that wears, and whatever comes with it. 2. Say what is included in the first line of the description — the charger, the case, the blades. "Does it come with…" is the question people ask most. 3. Price per day, and a weekly price that is clearly cheaper than seven days. The weekly number is what turns a one-off into a regular. 4. Set the deposit you would actually want to keep, then say in the listing that it is a hold, not a charge. That sentence alone helps. 5. Keep your calendar honest. Block the dates you are using it.
